[REVIEW and SWATCH] Maybelline Long Extreme Double Strectch Mascara

Well, next week is gonna be my big final examination which will determine whether I would pass high school or not but here I am, still blogging thou. xD

Anyways, talking about mascara, this is my first ever mascara when I first knew makeup.

I watched beauty gurus on Youtube loving Maybelline Magnum Volume Express Mascara which looks like this :

ps:it is in another language that's why it doesn't display the word MAGNUM on the top, but they are the same product. I picked a high definition picture xD

I've heard soooo many good reviews about it. But I ended up buying this product which is on that time IDR 30.000 more expensive than the magnum one and I bought it without any deep knowing about the product. lol. Well, was it such a waste or it was a never-regret-bought-product for me?

well...I think Maybelline's ads are always a bit too much from the reality -,- our lashes won't grow that much lol xD

Because there's not much explanation about this product, let's just got onto the swatches first :

As you know, this mascara has two sides. The concept is similar like Etude House's 3 Steps Dolly Mascara and Dr Lash Ampule. I heard from my sister that the two products (Etude's) clumped. They are the double price as this mascara too, I think.--or the point is more expensive xD

But I find this mascara is free-clump on me. It doesn't smudge nor give me panda eyes or black cast until hours.

As you can see above, the first step mascara color is white and the second step is black. If you look closely, the form of the two sides are different. The 1st step has more slanted small end, while the 2nd one has the same diameter till the end. When you use the first step, it amazingly lengthen you lashes, then finish is with the 2nd step--except you want to have white lashes lol xD--to make it black and smudgeproof, and a bit more volumized.

*ps : this mascara smells nice for me. xD

If I'm in hurry I would only use the second step one (black) and just go. It is enough already for me since it already gives longer lashes. 

Pros :

• Longlasting
• Cheap, only IDR 90.000
• Doesn't create panda eyes
• Smudgeproof
• Easy to remove
• Longer my lashes, make my lashes look beautiful and long but neat <3
• Travel friendly, won't spoil
• Easy to get--they are everywhere! I mean...Maybelline store xD

Neutral :

• Available only in 1 shade, black

Cons :

• Might look drying your lashes a bit
• Sometimes using the 2 steps might be unflexible 

Repurchase? DEFINITELY YES! I have repurchased this again even though now it is already a discontinued product. :'( *sobs TT^TT* If I still see it in store I would definitely repurchase this again and again and again before it really disappears. *cough* Sorry for being exaggerating xD Since this is cheaper than average mascara with such quality, why wouldn't I? So far, I have tried 4 different types of Maybelline's mascara (Volume Magnum, Falsies and Rocket) and I think this one is the best^^

UPDATE : now I think that the rocket one is the best xD Read the review HERE :D Why do I think it is greater than this one? ;D

For you who haven't tried this, are you curious? :D
